Jamie Sue Hill, 55, of Tulsa, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2015. She was born October 25, 1959 in Oklahoma City, OK to James Edward and Louise (Shipman) Hill. She began her career with the Tulsa Police Dept. in August 1980 as a counter clerk in the Records Division. Jamie moved up through the years and at the time of her death was National Crime Information Center clerk. She was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball team. Jamie loved rock music, especially Steve Perry with Journey. The loves of her life were Noa, Aiden, and Abby, whom she proudly referred to as "her kids." And they loved her right back just as much. She is survived by friends, Ron and Andrea Duerksen of Coweta, OK; Lance, Stephanie, Noa, Aiden, and Abby Petitt of Broken Arrow, OK; her Uncle Olin and wife Margaret Hill of Tulsa, OK and her extensive Tulsa Police Department family. She is preceded in death by her parents; her friend, Lara Petitt; her sister, Cindy Hill; and her beloved cat of 19 years, Perry. Memorial contributions may be made to Tulsa Police Memorial, Juvenile Diabetes, Street Cats Rescue or the American Cancer Society.
