Jane Tayloe Janus was born in Memphis, TN on August 4, 1919 and died October 16, 2015 in Tulsa, OK. Her family moved to Tulsa in 1934 where they owned and operated Tayloe Paper Company. Jane attended Monte Cassino School, Wheaton College and graduated from the University of Oklahoma where she was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta.

She was dedicated to her family. Her family and friends will miss her wit, dignity and enthusiasm for life. She was until recently an enthusiastic golfer and bridge player. She volunteered for over fifty years at St John Hospital and also for the American Red Cross, Neighbor for Neighbor and at Southminster Presbyterian Church.

She is predeceased by her parents Alfred and Sara Tayloe, her husband Otto, and her son Peter. She is survived by her loving children, Steven and wife Hilary, and Beverly (Boo) Bell and husband David. She was a devoted grandmother to seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M. at Southminster Presbyterian Church on Saturday, October 24, 2015. Donations in her memory may be made to Southminister Presbyterian Church.
