Janet Elaine Hess, 91, born September 20, 1927 to Lester Raymond and Fietta Elizabeth (Umstead) Ulmer in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2019 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Fietta.
Janet is survived by her sister, Della Ulmer.
She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
Services pending. Interment at St. Luke's Union Cemetery Dublin, Pennsylvania.
