Janet Chiaraluna Knight, 85 of Tulsa, Oklahoma died at 4 P.M. Saturday, September 15, 2018, at St. Francis Hospital. She was born on May 25, 1933 in Dunningtown, PA.

Janet was the oldest child of the late Paris and Anna Chiaraluna. In addition to being a dedicated stay at home mother and homemaker, Janet was an active community volunteer in her home state of PA for many years. She devoted countless hours to her church, Great Meadows Garden Club, Christian Women's Club and Eastern Star. She was an avid gardener and loved flowers, or as she called them, "Posies". Her true passion was cooking and baking, with Italian food her specialty! She loved nothing more than sharing her delicious feasts with friends and family. Time spent with family creating treasured memories was Janet's greatest gift. Above all, Janet or "Grandma" had a heart of gold for her 3 grandchildren. They loved going on "shopping trips" and being the official taste testers in Grandma's kitchen!

She continued her passion for serving and volunteering when she moved to Tulsa, OK 6 years ago. Always a "Social Butterfly", Janet made many dear friends in the Tulsa community, as if she lived there her whole life. She was active in Tulsa Women's Connection, Tulsa Garden Club, Asbury Methodist Church, and the Ridge Crest neighborhood.

Janet is preceded in death by husbands Frank Devers, Jr. (killed in action, Korean War 1953), Bill Knight Sr. As well as brother Second "Sonny" Chiaraluna. She is survived by sister Mildred Lynn (Ralph); son; Bill Knight and his wife Rozann; daughter, Kim DiMarco and husband Gerald; grandkids, Ryan Knight, Lexy Johnson (Travis), and Jason DiMarco.

Memorial service will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, September 20, 2018, at Asbury Methodist Church-Mason Chapel, Tulsa, OK.
