Janice Ann Lawley passed away peacefully on October 23, 2021 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 84.

Janice was born on August 1, 1937 in Muskogee, OK to James Hadley Martin and Georgia Irene Martin Aguirre. She graduated from Central High School in Muskogee, OK in 1955. She attended Oklahoma Christian College in Bartlesville, until she was called home to help her mother with their family. She has spent a lifetime caring for others.

Janice worked running an office at Farmers Insurance in Tulsa for many years and in 1997 reunited with her high school sweetheart Glenn Lawley after both finding out each had ended their previous marriages. They started dating again and then married in 1999 where they were happily married for many years when Glenn passed in 2011 of ALS.

Janice and Glenn had built a home together and loved serving her church, spending time with their Church friends, playing cards, hosting dinners and music gathering where Glenn played the steel guitar, and family gatherings and family reunions were definitely Janice's favorite times as she deeply loved to be with all of her family.

Janice deeply loved Glenn and her children were the loves of her life, while her Grandchildren were her pride and joys. Janice was full of life, laughter, smiles and always ready to give you a Big Hug. She had an extraordinary way of making every person she came in contact with feel loved and uniquely special.

Janice is survived by her sister, Mary Lou Burns of Ft. Gibson, OK and brother Rick Martin, wife Patty of Greensboro, NC and sons Mike Casey, wife Barb of Tulsa, OK, David Casey, wife Tonya of Tulsa, OK and her daughter Debby Doak, husband John of Tulsa, OK; Her grandchildren: Joseph Casey, Jaclyn Casey, Michael Casey, Jonathan Casey, Kasey Doak, Zachary Doak and Jenna Quick, and many nieces and nephews.
