Janice "Livia"Weaver known for her kindness, honesty and loyalty. Passed away peacefully October 23,2025. At the age of 83 with her loved ones by her side. She was born to Ralph and Gwendolyn Elmore...... residents of Tulsa,Oklahoma.

Livia graduated from Union High school May 27,1960. After graduation she was employed at Arkansas Valley National Bank where she was the first at her branch to use and demonstrate the effectiveness of the new Burroughs Electronic Bank posting machine.

She would later go on to work at Utica Square Bank. Here she meet her husband, Doug Weaver. Where they built a life together in Collinsville Oklahoma and raised their children for the next 15 years. She would go on to work at Saint Francis as a Dietician Host for the next 24 years until retirement.

She is survived by her son's Billy and Johnny Weaver. Daughter Lisa Weaver and Grandson Nelson Arnold ....all from Tulsa Oklahoma. Her uncle's, Paul Simone of New Mexico and Carl North of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. And of course, her four legged furr baby, Little boy.

Livia loved her Kitties ..... loved reading an Good book , and cooking for her co-workers and family. She enjoyed preparing new recipes and is known for her famous potato salad. Her fried chicken,turkey/dressing, Chop Soy and Dilly bread are just a few of the favorite items she prepared for family. She enjoy vegetable and flower gardening. This is her Happy place......seeing the fruit of her labor of love. Some of her favorite flowers are the Peace Rose, Hydrangeas, Martha Washington geraniums, different species of coleus. Her inside plants, African violets, Airplane plant and seeing her Christmas cactus bloom at holiday time.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Gwendolyn Elmore and father Ralph Elmore. Too many aunt's and uncle's and cousins to account. They all loved Livia.....the same amount.
