Jay Allen Gage, 25, of Tulsa, OK, passed away Thursday, August 4, 1977, in Tulsa, OK. He was born on Tuesday, July 8, 1952 in Wichita, KS, to J. C. Gage and Betty (French) Gage Pierce. He is survived by his father; his mother and stepfather, Gene and Betty Pierce; sons, Jack Michael Gage and Jimmy Wayne Gage; three brothers, Jeff Dolbee, Ken Nix, and Bruce Gage; two sisters, Pam Kupiec, and Coleen Morgan; and grandmother, Alberta Newkirk.
