Jayne Lue Radcliffe, 98, a Tulsa resident, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025. She was born Thursday, September 17, 1926, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and was raised by her grandparents, Lou Ella Foster and Rev. Willis Foster. Jayne enjoyed helping neighbors and caring for friends. She was a member of Victory Church. Jayne is preceded in death by her grandparents, parents and her son, Phillip Lee Radcliffe and her beloved husband, Phillip Charles Radcliffs. She is survived by her daughter, Carole A. Cate of Tulsa, Oklahoma, her son Mark Radcliffe, wife, Jennifer of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Visitation: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at Moore's Eastlawn Chapel.

Funeral: 10:00 AM Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Moore's Eastlawn Chapel.

Entombment: Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
