Jean Eleanor Evans passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2019 peacefully in her home with her son, Ron at her side and husband, Clarence Evans.

Jean was born September 14, 1941 in Tulsa, OK. She was married February 19, 1960 to her loving husband Clarence Evans. She graduated high school in Tulsa, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Luther Ezekiel Taylor and Dorothy Jean Taylor along with her brother Luther Taylor (Shorty).

She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Clarence Evans of Tulsa; son, Richard (Rick) Evans and wife, Sandy Evans of Tulsa, OK; sister, Judy Mason of Owasso, OK; 7 grandchildren, Matt Walls and Valorie Evans, Daniel and Candice Bowman, Amy Evans, Richard Evans (Bubba Richard) and Marissa (Evans) Stone; and 7 great-grandchildren, Emaleigh Walls, Khyrsten Evans, Lillyan (Lilly) Bowman, Isabella Evans, Matthew Walls, Everly Evans and Aiden Walls; 4 nieces and nephews, Aaron and Rodney Burns, Randy Abney, Rajean (Shelly) (Abney) Croslin, and Ryan Taylor; 4 great-nieces and nephews; 5 great-great nieces and nephews. She loved her family very much and always wanted the best for them.

Relatives and friends viewing is 9am - 8pm Tuesday, September 3, 2019. Funeral Service will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Graveside to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
