Jean Seelye Cacy Nigreville, 85, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021 in Tulsa. She was born in Kansas City, Missouri on January 24, 1936 to Leo and Vernal (Jobe) Cacy. Jean was retired but had worked in accounts payable. She is a long-time member of First United Methodist Church, Tulsa.
