Dr. Jeffrey L. Hayden passed away on June 28, 2023. He was born February 9, 1963 in Rockford, Illinois. Dr. Hayden received his Bachelors from Western Illinois University; He also graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College and studied Harvard Medical Post Graduate.

Dr. Hayden had a wonderful heart for charity and volunteer work, helping raise money for local food banks, cancer foundations and animal shelters every year. His hobbies included watching FSU football and spending time with his family. Florida was his favorite travel destination.

Dr. Hayden is survived by his loving wife, Teresa; son, James; mother, Patricia and brother, John.

Visitation for Dr. Hayden will be Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 10:00am to 2:00pm at the Moore Funeral Home, Southlawn Chapel, 9350 East 51st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74145.
