Jeffrey Lee Smith
Born on January 28, 1952 to Robert Lee and Mildred Hope Smith in Delaware, Ohio.
His family moved to Tulsa, Ok. in 1963. Jeff is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Mildred and two brothers, Joe Hayes and Robert "Bosco" Smith. He is survived by on e son Robert Wade Smith, daughter-in-law Lauran and on grandson and love of his life, Cameron
Wade Smith "Smitty" of Jenks, Ok. Two sisters Cindy Sullivent and Tammy Smith os
Tulsa, Ok. two brothers Wayne Hayes of Ostrander, Ohio and Rick Smith of Sand Springs, Ok.
many nieces and nephews.
A gathering will be held at Moore Funeral Home - Rosewood Chapel on Saturday, February 22, 2014 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
