Jennifer Lea Dowling, 63, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma died Saturday, March 2, 2024, in Tulsa. She was born February 15, 1961, in Fulton, Missouri to James Alvin Willis and Sandra Joy Kennett Willis. She married Francis Dowling and he preceded her in death.

Jennifer was an assembler and assembly line manager for several years at a workshop for disabled adults in Hannibal, Missouri, where she met her husband, Francis. She was of the Christian Faith. She is survived by her mother, Sandra Willis; stepmother, Marja Willis; 3 brothers, James Willis and his wife Ginny, Ryan Willis and Joseph Willis; 3 nieces, Lauren, Kate and Olivia Willis; other relatives and friends.

Jennifer swam at the 1991special Olympics in Minnesota and placed in a swimming event. She was an avid animal lover and was especially fond of her cat Snowball and her dog Jake. Jennifer loved to cook and enjoyed food. She and her husband had a garden at their farm in Oklahoma in which the family relatives would plunder fresh vegetables. Often, Jennifer and Francis would cruise the country roads of northeast Oklahoma in their Ford pickup in search of a Sonic drive-in or their favorite barbecue place.

Visitation will be on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 11:00 AM until the time of service, 1:00 PM at Moore Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51 st St., Tulsa, OK 74145 with reception to follow at the funeral home Family Center. The burial will take place privately at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa.
