Jennifer Lee Edwards Lightle, born April15, 1976, in Tulsa OK. Passed away November 11, 2024 following a tough journey through this illness.

Jenny lived in Tulsa most of her life attending local schools and graduating from East Central High School in 1994. She played flute and was in the flag corp as part of the band and earned her black belt in Taekwondo. She was an active runner and completed multiple charity runs.

Jenny attended Northeastern State University at Tahlequah getting a Bachelor degree in marketing. Then received her Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She was an active member of Tri Sigma sorority. She had worked her professional career with various non-profit groups providing services and raising funds. Friends and family describe her as positive, loyal, good friend, burst of energy, full of light, lights up a room, and would help anyone.

Her faith was her strength. She leaves behind many friends and colleagues. Jenny was close with her family. She is survived by her mother Glena Edwards Becker of Tulsa. Sister Jeri Edwards Greene and brother-n-law Chris along with 4 nephews which were the light of her eye: Mason, Shea, Cooper, and Preston all of Texas. Great niece Nova was the joy of her heart. Her favorite dog Emmy was the love of her life. She was proceeded in death by her Myers and Edwards grandparents and her beloved father Jerry Edwards.

Viewing will be Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 12noon-8pm, visitation 5pm-7pm at Moore's Southlawn Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will be 2pm, Friday, November 15, 2024 at Memorial Park Cemetery's Chapel, 5111 S. Memorial Drive with a private family entombment to follow. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation or Special Olympics Oklahoma.
