Jenny Lou Felkins, 75, of Tulsa, passed away Monday, January 9, 2017. She was born March 7, 1941 in Blackwell, OK to Everett and Delores Massie. She was a social worker for DHS and also taught Spanish. She was a member of Memorial Drive Church of Christ and was a volunteer for the church pantry. Jenny is survived by her husband, Larry Felkins; her children, Todd Smoker of Tulsa; Clay Smoker of Tulsa; Julie Broam and her husband John of Ft. Irwin, CA; her grandchildren, John Broam and his wife Abbie; Joe Broam; Jordan Broam and Alyvia Smoker; her brother John Massie and his wife Earleen of San Antonio, TX.
