Jeremy Michael Taylor, 40, of Sapulpa, passed away December 19 after a car accident.
Jeremy was born on June 20, 1982 to Sharon and John Taylor in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jeremy graduated from Sapulpa High School in 2001. Jeremy went on to Tulsa Community College to study Law. He worked several years at Taylor's Downtown Citgo as a mechanic. He then went on to serve at the Tulsa Sheriff's Department as a training officer and was on the SORT team. The past eight and a half years he has been a fuel inspector for the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.
In 1995, Jeremy met Carrie at Allen Bowden Elementary School. Jeremy and Carrie went on to have three children, Megan, Johnny, and Maddie.
Jeremy enjoyed spending time with his family, time at the lake and river. He also loved hunting in the woods and at the farm, riding his motorcycle, and being the life of the party. He enjoyed coaching softball and baseball for his kids teams for many years. He's made a huge impact with the kids lives he touched through coaching. If you knew him, he didn't know a stranger and had a heart of Gold. He was a Christian brought up in a Methodist home. He had a strong love for the Lord and faith in God that helped guide him through life.
