Preceded in death by his wife, Amy Ernestine White in 2015; son, Jerry L. White, Jr. in 1994; daughter, Sabrina K. Ready in 2013; sister, Joyce Barnfield; brother, Thomas Williams, Jr. Survived by daughter, Cheryl A. White of Tulsa, OK; son, Michael E. White of Bixby, OK; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
