Jerry Raymond O'Dell went to be with his Lord and Savior on March 17th, 2025 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jerry was born on January 11, 1936 in Nowata, OK to Ike and Ruby O'Dell. He graduated from Nowata High School in May of 1954, and 2 years later married June Blankenship on July 22, 1956. Jerry attended college, then joined the Air Force. During his career, he was an Air Traffic Controller in the Air Force, Phillips 66 in Bartlesville, OK, FAA in Amarillo, TX, and Tulsa, OK. He was also a Computer Programmer at Morton Health Tulsa for 18 years, and then helped open the Stillwater Airport and the Rogers, AR Airport. He learned to fly and obtained his commercial and private licenses. Jerry truly loved God, his family, flying, fishing, and hunting.

Jerry is survived by his wife, June O'Dell of Sapulpa, OK, daughter Kevin Ann (Wyman) Mathews of Jenks, OK, son Jeff (Paula) O'Dell of Arlington, TX. Grandchildren: Jordan (Anna) Burton of Bixby, OK, Baylie (Richard) Coffman of Sperry, OK, Melanie (Jot) Thorne of Olney, TX, Shauna (Cody) Nelson of Calera, OK. Brad (Ashley) Burton of Wetumka, OK, Great Grandchildren: Keira & Addison Burton, Camden & Jot Thorne, Makayla Thomas, Eli & Shelby Nelson and Braxton Burton. And many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 5-8PM, Thursday March 20, 2025 at Fitzgerald Southwood Chapel, 3612 E. 91st, Tulsa, OK. Funeral Service is 1:00 P.M., Friday, March 21, 2025 at Faith Baptist Church, 7100 E. Hwy 117, Sapulpa, OK. Moore Southlawn 918-663-2233
