Jerry Wayne Pendergraft, 66, Mannford, Oklahoma resident, passed away August 6, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jerry was born August 28, 1950 to Georgia Lee (Cullum) and Otis Eugene Pendergraft in Honey Grove, Texas. Jerry is preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, daughter, Tonja Pendergraft, brother, Eugene Pendergraft and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jerry is survived by his wife, Donna Butcher of the home, daughter, Karla Sims and her husband, Kenny of Casper, Wyoming, grandson, Rocky Sims of Casper, Wyoming, sister, Doris Wheeler and her husband, Eugene of Cache, Oklahoma, brothers, Ray Pendergraft and his wife, Niki of Snyder, Oklahoma, Bobby Pendergraft of Blossom, Texas, Jimmy Pendergraft and his wife, Jackie of Gould, Oklahoma, Marvin Pendergraft and his wife, Kathy of Gould, Oklahoma, stepson, Mark Frost and his wife, Suann of Noble, Texas and numerous other relatives and friends.
