Jessica Brooke Lipe was born February 9, 1982, to Susan and Ken Lipe in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She departed this earth from Tulsa, Oklahoma on November 7, 2020, joining her grandparents Anita Whillock, Carl Whillock, Sybil Lipe, and Carmen Lipe and her beloved cousin John Haws.

Jessie is survived by her parents and the light of her life, daughter Bailey Lipe of the home, her sister Angela Lipe of Bothell, Washington, aunts and uncles Larry and Nina Lipe of Tulsa, Sally and Wayne Conduff of Dadeville, Alabama, Tom and Gay Whillock and Tim Whillock of Clinton, Arkansas, and numerous cousins and friends.

Jessie loved listening to her daughter Bailey sing and perform and would often listen to her daughter's music on repeat instead of the latest hits on the radio.

A lover of people, dogs, cats, and other animals -- and not always in that order -- Jessie was well known for her big smile, her hearty laugh, sense of humor, and funny stories. Jessie had a soft heart for animals and was always willing to adopt or foster abandoned dogs and cats. Jessie had the most generous soul and was always willing to help others in need.

Jessie was a 2000 graduate of Memorial High School. Throughout middle and high school, Jessie's pom team won a national championship and several state and local competitions. Jessie loved to dance and enjoyed the camaraderie of her dance team. She was a frequent volunteer at Bailey's elementary and middle school and cherished the friends she and Bailey made during that time.

A Private Family Service will be held. Please join the family on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 2 PM via webcast at www.moorefuneral.com . The family will hold a Celebration of Life drop in for Jessie from 2-4 p.m. at LaFortune Park at the Southeast Pavilion by the baseball fields on Sunday, November 15th. Friends are invited to drop by and share memories and celebrate the life of Jessie. Masks and social distancing will be required.

Jessie will be buried at Mount Comfort Cemetery next to her cousin John in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Mount Comfort is a small, not for profit cemetery that is dependent on donations.
