Jessica Dawn Mills, 49, of Tulsa, passed away Monday, August 21, 2023. She was born May 30, 1974 in Sacramento, CA to Stanley and Darlene Mills. Jessica worked in the hospitality industry and was an active member of Life Church where she was with the "Greeting Group". She loved her cats, her house plants and helping others. Jessica is survived by her mother, Darlene Holley of Tulsa; her daughter, Courtney Wylie and husband Ethan of Tulsa; her brothers, James Mills of Tulsa, Richard Mills of Tulsa; her sister, Laura Mills of Tulsa and her stepsister, Kim White of Broken Arrow. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, David Holley.
