Jo Ann Failla, 84, of Tulsa, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021. She was born December 23, 1936 in Manhattan, KS to Ruben and Olive Nusbaum. Jo Ann was a Tulsa florist. She is survived by: husband, Orlando, of the home, children; David Goins and wife, Debra of Tulsa, Tena Rubalcava and husband, Joe of Broken Arrow, grandchildren; Serenity Johnson and husband Roy, Trevor Goins, Gabby and Diego Rubalcava, siblings; Beth Craduck and husband Dick, Donald Nusbaum and wife, Mary and Brenda Elkins, numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Keith Nusbaum.
