Jo Ann Young, age 76, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at her home in Broken Arrow. A caring and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Jo Ann lived her faith every day and adored her family. Born on April 18, 1942 in Okemah Oklahoma, to Hansel and Helen (Tipton) Meadors, she was a graduate of Tulsa Webster High and spent the greater part of her career employed by the TG&Y Corporation. A life-long fan of Elvis Presley, and an avid fan of NASCAR and Dale Earnhardt Jr, Jo Ann's greatest passions were for the Lord and her family.

Preceded in death by her daughter Donna King, her parents, brother Gary Meadors, and great-grandson Gavin Cuthill, Jo Ann's legacy will be remembered and lived out in her survivors: husband Chuck Young, daughter Cindy Grannemann and husband Mike, son Michael King and wife Rebecca, step-daughters Shawna Navarro and husband Raymond, and Jenny Young, grandchildren David Knapp and wife Kristy, Crystal Wilson and husband Shawn, Kelly Robbins and husband Joshua, Jessica Garrison, Valerie and husband Justin Barber, Sheli Grannemann, Lauren Navarro, Kayla Navarro, and Jane Young. Jo Ann is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, brothers Donald Meadors, Terry Meadors, and nephews Matthew Meadors and Joseph Meadors.

Visitation will be 5-7 P.M., Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Funeral service will be 1:00 P.M., Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
