Joan Delores Criss Fisher, 91, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, went to be with Our Lord on May 30, 2026.

Joan was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Howard "Bud" Fisher, and their infant son, Howard Lewis Fisher.

She is survived by her children: Pamela Fisher-Cumming-Lindner (widow); Penny Stuckey (Chuck); Christina Edwards (Dan); Michael Fisher (Tyma); Justina Majed (Hassan); and Angela Majed (Alex). She also leaves behind thirteen grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, extended family members, and many dear friends who will miss her deeply.

Joan was born in Parkersburg and was one of three children. Her faith in God and devotion to her family were the foundation of her life and were evident to all who knew and loved her. She was a woman of strength, compassion, and unwavering love whose presence brought comfort and guidance to her family throughout generations.

Services will be held 10:00AM Thursday, June 4, 2026 at Moore Funeral Home Southlawn Chapel, with Christian burial to follow.

May she rest in eternal peace.
