Mrs. Joan Carr Willis, 90, of Tulsa, OK died Tuesday December 4th, 2018. Joan was born in 1927 in Crossett, Arkansas to Bert and Agnes Carr. Joan graduated from Hamburg High School and worked for the Crossett hospital for several years. Joan married Dalton Willis in 1954 and they were married for 42 years until Dalton's death in 1996. She lived in Crossett, Hamburg, Memphis, San Diego, Jacksonville, Arlington, Puerto Rico, Norfolk, and Tulsa. Joan and Dalton moved to Tulsa in 1968 after Dalton's retirement from the Navy. Joan was a loving mother and wife and she will be missed.

Survivors include her daughter, Marianne Willis of Tulsa; two sons, John Willis of Houston, Texas, and James Willis of Richmond, Virginia; one brother, Paul Carr of Milo, Arkansas; and five grandchildren (Steve, Jennifer, Zachary, Jason, and Daniel).

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Friday, December 7, 2018 at Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, 5111 S. Memorial Dr., Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
