Jo Ann M. Becker, 86, of Tulsa, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015. She was born June 5, 1929 in Kansas City, MO to William and Marie Scanlon. Jo Ann was an active member of St. Pius X Catholic Church for the last 49 years. Jo Ann enjoyed attending her grandson's events and she also worked with Northeast Meals on Wheels. She is survived by her daughters: Nancy Cloud and her husband Jack of Tulsa, OK; Diane Webster and her fiancee Bill Cates of Sapulpa, OK; Debbie Becker of Dallas, TX; grandchildren: Ryne Webster, Tyler Webster and his wife Jessica. Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 51 years, Walter J. Becker; brothers William and John Scanlon and her sister, Sister Mary Patricia Scanlon.
