Smith-Wyly, Joann born April 26, 1928 passed from this life on November 13, 2016. She was born to A.J. and Anna Litterell in Tulsa, OK. She was raised with six siblings. She married L.B. Smith from Tahlequah, Ok and with that union three children were born. Randy Smith, Debbie Smith-Parmele, Diane Musgrove-Barnes.

During her life Joann was involved with the Episcopal church both Tahlequah and Tulsa. She was especially known for her bead work, crafts, and sewing for St Basils Episcopal church in Tahlequah, OK. She enjoyed spending the year gathering and crafting items for the bazaar. Joann took pride in the business she created on Main Street -The TableTop Shop. She later married Sid Wyly of Tahlequah, OK. They were married for fifteen years prior to his death.

Joann is survived by her three children. Son, Randy Smith and wife Cindy of Henrietta, Ok, daughter Debbie Parmele of Tulsa, Ok, and daughter Diane Musgrove-Barnes and husband Sam of Qualls, Ok. Eight grandchildren. Maggie Smith of Albuquerque, NM, Lindsay Jones and husband Dr. M Jones of Springfield, Mo, John Smith and wife Crystal of McAlester, Ok. Darren Parmele and wife Theresa of Tulsa, Ok and Bobby Parmele of Norman, Ok. Mindy Latty and husband Jerry Don of Qualls, Ok Debbie Eller and husband Josh of Muskogee, Ok and Bobby Musgrove and Dr. Bobbi Musgrove of Porter, Ok. Fourteen great-grandchildren. One sister Linda Myers of Chouteau, Ok as well as a host of many family and friends.
