Jody Lucas Jordan, born June 20, 1966 went to be with her Lord and Saviour August 25, 2014. Jody went to Lincoln Elementary, Wilson Jr. High and graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1984. She worked for her Mom & Dad at W.R. Machine Shop, Inc. She married Steven Jordan in 1987 and resided in Tulsa.
She is survived by her husband Steven, Son; Scott Jordan, Daughter; Natalie Jordan, Parents; Phillip & Margie Lucas, Mother-in-law; Harriett Jordan, Sisters; Joyce Edens (twin sister), Tracy Wheatley, Brother Lance Lucas Sister & brother-in-laws; Kim & Chuck Mason, Judd & Sheree Jordan and sixteen nieces & nephews.
Jody loved her family and friends and she loved the Lord with all her heart. She battled cancer for 3 years and did so with grace and dignity. Her love for her family and friends kept her fighting.
She will truly be missed, she always thought of others till the end and wanted no one to be angry or bitter about the situation. We must think of her often and allow who she was to inspire us in any hardship that may come.
She is smiling down on us from Heaven
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 28, 2014 First Baptist Church Tulsa
