BLANKENSHIP, Joe D., 72, passed away Friday, June 9, 2017 in Tulsa OK. Born August 28, 1944 in Tulsa, OK to Coy and Rachael (Carter) Blankenship.
He was a Senior NDE Auditor in the Petroleum Industry.
Survived by his son, Brad Blankenship of Tomball, TX; sister, Fonda Haines of Tulsa, OK.
Memorial Service will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
