JoEllen Hill, 82, entered her heavenly home, Saturday, July 7, 2018, in Tulsa, OK. She was born December 26, 1935, to Hugh and Geneva Hill in St. Paul, AR. JoEllen was an excellent homemaker, where she enjoyed loving and nurturing her family. She was a member of Word Fellowship, where she was active on the Hospitality Team, and enjoyed attending various church activities. JoEllen loved people and had a kind, generous and giving spirit. She was very talented and exercised her creativity through ceramics, needlepoint, crocheting, knitting, and quilting. JoEllen was also an excellent cook and enjoyed working in her garden.

She is survived by daughter, Rebecca Williams and husband Arthur of Oklahoma City, OK; sons, Ken Flewallen and wife Stefanie of Broken Arrow, OK, and Ben Esley and wife, Beverly of Yukon, OK; brothers, Lonnie Hill, Jerry Hill and wife, Earlene, and Jim Hill and wife, Pat; sister, Ruby Cochran and husband Al; granddaughter, Rena Hallmark; and six great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and their families; her church family; and a lifetime of friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Jerry Flewallen; brothers, John Hill, Bill Hill, and Hugh "Bud" Hill, Jr.; sisters, Doris Hill, and Barbara Franz; and grandson, Jonathan Howel.

JoEllen will be greatly missed in the days ahead, but her spirit and memories will live on within each of us because we were privileged to have her in our lives.
