Obituary
John T. Fields, born December 9, 1933, went peacefully to be with our Lord on November 16, 2015.
John, a loving grandfather, entrepreneur, inventor and small business owner, attended Central High School, Oklahoma University and The University of Oklahoma College of Law where he was president of his high school class, Beta Theta Pi fraternity and Law School Class. John was an innovative leader in his business endeavors holding several U.S. Patents.
John was a member of Boston Avenue Methodist, past member of Southern Hills Country Club and an avid classic car enthusiast. He had an engaging smile, mischievous sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with his grandsons and the special relationship he shared with his daughter.
John is survived by his wife, Rosetta B. Fields, daughter Melissa F. Rouse and son in law Carter W. Rouse, son Thomas F. Fields, stepsons Jason M. Price, his wife Stacy Price, Jeff E. Price, his wife April Price, and two grandsons, Tyler and Jack Lewis Price. He was preceded in death by his son John Steven Fields, his mother and father, his brother and sister.
Family will receive friends for a visitation on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Moore's Rosewood Chapel. A private family service will be held.
