John Robert Goumaz, 67, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 in Tulsa, OK. He was born February 1, 1959 in Tulsa to Donald Jo Goumaz and Marilyn L. (Hawley) Goumaz.

John graduated from East Central High School in 1978 and attended Northeastern State University. He was a senior GIS analyst for Cimarex Energy Company.

He enjoyed spending time fishing, watching old movies and sports, playing with his dogs, and going out to eat. John was a member of Ridge Christian Church.

John is predeceased by his father and sister, Janice Martin. He is survived by his loving wife, Lucinda Goumaz, two sons, Randy and Ryan Goumaz, daughter, Susan Goumaz.

Graveside will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel at 2:00 PM, Friday, April 24, 2026, 5111 S. Memorial Drive, Tulsa.
