Obituary
John James Hood, 98 of Tulsa passed away Wednesday, July 7th, 2021. He was born March 9, 1923 in Dallas, TX to Key Caldwell and Velma Hood. John was an office manager for Scott Rice and Dan P. Scott & Sons. He was a member of Will Rogers United Methodist Church and past member of Sheridan Methodist Church and Sheridan Christian Center. John enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, reading, the computer, playing games of Mexican Train domino's, backgammon, rummy and casino. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Mary Ann Hood; his children, Sarah St. John and husband David of Owasso, John J. Hood, Jr. and wife Nancy of Olathe, KS; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Red Cross.
