On Monday, October 29, 2018, John McCutchen, loving husband, father and papa, passed away peacefully in his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
John is survived by his wife Darlene, his daughter and her husband, Tracey and Noel Bartosh, and his grandchildren Matthew and Abbigail, his brothers/sisters, Bill and Marty McCutchen, Ed and Ladonna McCutchen, Mike and Carla McCutchen, Karen and Tom Raper, Kathy and Dennis Keenbek, and many nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues. He is preceded in death by his parents Edward and Katherine McCutchen.
John was born on July 17, 1950 in Oklahoma City, OK to Edward and Katherine McCutchen. He graduated from The University of Tulsa in 1973 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He married Darlene in June 1972.
John is remembered for his infectious smile, loving, caring nature, and his brilliant mind.
Visitation is scheduled for Friday, November 2, 2018 from 6:30-8:00pm with a prayer vigil to begin at 7:00pm at Moore's Funeral Home, Southlawn Chapel. The funeral is scheduled for Saturday November 3, 2018 at St. Pius X Church at 10:00am. Father Bradley will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate John's life.
