Joleta (Jodie) Brown of Tulsa, Oklahoma was born March 22, 1946 in Sayre, Oklahoma to Edwin C. and Revah Burdick and passed away surrounded by family on September 21, 2022. Jodie is preceded in death by both parents, brother Johnny and Charles, sister Becky, son Billy Brown and two daughters in laws. Jodie is survived by her husband Willie, son Tommy, two daughters seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was a beloved mother and Mimi to many.
Jodie graduated from Tulsa Central and worked as an associate at Target. Jodie loved spending time with her family, collecting dolls, especially those with green eyes, Scottie dog figurines and Elvis's memorabilia. Jodie enjoyed traveling to many destinations with her husband Willie in the travel trailer.
Graveside Services to be held at the Floral Haven Cemetery on Monday September 26th, 2022 at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.
