Joseph, 66, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2014 in Medford, OK. He was born July 24, 1948 in Glendale, California to Joseph and Olin Nell (Farris) Mitchell. Joseph worked for Goodwill Industries. He is survived by his sister, Mary Nell Mitchell of Tulsa, OK and a host of special care givers.
