Joseph Lamberson Seacat was born July 3, 1940 in Lancaster, PA, to Harry Joseph Seacat and Hazel (Lamberson) Seacat. He passed peacefully from this world surrounded by family and friends on December 1, 2015 at the age of 75. Joe was preceded in death by his parents.
Joe moved to Tulsa at the age of 2, graduated from Tulsa Central in 1958 and married Janice (Isley) Seacat in 1962. Joe was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman; and he enjoyed golfing and traveling. He was a founder of Performance Valve & Controls and was respected for his over 45 years in the valve industry.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Janice, of the home; daughter Sheri West and husband, Mike, of Broken Arrow; son, Harry Seacat II and Kendra, of Tulsa, and daughter, Cindy Busha, of Broken Arrow; Grandchildren, Megan Bradshaw, Matthew West, David West, Joe Seacat II, Ryan Seacat, Jack Seacat, Leah Busha and Danny Busha; great-grandchild, Adam Bradshaw; sister, Paula Fickle, and husband Clarence, of Florida and brother, Dennis Seacat, and wife Carol of Tulsa; as well as many nieces and nephews; and many, many close friends.

Visitation will be 6-8 P.M., Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Moore's Southlawn, 9350 E. 51st, Tulsa, OK. Memorial service will be 2:00 P.M., Monday, December 7, 2015 at Asbury United Methodist Church-Mason Chapel, 6767 S. Mingo, Tulsa, OK. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
