Josephine D. Burnett (Vance) 90, passed away Monday, April 27th, 2015 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Born October 4th, 1924, in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Joseph & Winnie Vance. Preceded in death by her husband James C. Burnett, her parents, Daughter Nancy Elizabeth Burnett, sisters, Bernice MacLean, and Mary Chesnut. Survived by daughters, Carole Sue Burdge (Brent), Gloria Jo Glenn (Kenneth), Julie Ann Smith (Shane), Becky Lea Perrodin (Kermit); 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 1 great-greatgrandchild; Sisters, Augusta Webb and Patricia Burnett.
She was a homemaker who devoted her whole life to her family, including her little dog Lucky. She had an unwavering devotion to God and shared it with everyone who came into her life.
Service will be 1 :00 PM, Monday, May 4th , 2015 at Moore's Southlawn Chapel. Viewing Sunday 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Donations in her memory can be made to Hospice Of Green Country, The Humane Society or John 3:16 Mission. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233 share memories at www.moorefuneral.com
