Josephine "Josie" Wolf, 100, born to Pilot and Lena (Knight) Billey on February 23, 1926, in Paden, Oklahoma passed away Monday, August 17, 2026, in Glenpool, Oklahoma.

Josie was a member of Belview Baptist Church since May of 1989. She was in the Women's Missionary Union and enjoyed traveling. Josie was a big sports fan, with OU Sooners, Dallas Cowboys and OKC Thunder being her favorite teams. She was an avid photographer and was always taking pictures of her family and friends. Josie also enjoyed watching her family play sports.

Josie was preceded by her parents, husband, Palmer Wolf, sons, James Douglas Wolf, Roger "Tojo" Wolf, Jackson Wolf and Bruce "Butch" Wolf, and brothers, John Billey and Abel "Chief" Billey.

She is survived by her daughters, Karen Waggnor and husband Billy of Tulsa, OK and Peggy S. Wolf of Glenpool, OK, and many nieces and nephews.

Josie will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

Family asks in lieu of flowers, donations be made to her church, Belview Baptist Church 1040 N. Yale Ave., Tulsa, OK 74115.

Viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 19th at Moore's Eastlawn Chapel 1908 S. Memorial Dr., Tulsa, OK with visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 20th at Belview Baptist Church 1040 N. Yale Ave., Tulsa, OK. Interment at Harjo-Tiger Cemetery in Okemah, OK.
