Joyce Ann Winslow, 62, of Sapulpa, OK passed over to heaven on August 14, 2018. A service will be held at Moore's Southlawn Chapel in Tulsa, OK at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 20, 2018. A graveside service will follow.

Joyce was born to Thomas A & Forrestine M Winslow on February 13, 1956 in Tulsa, OK. Joyce is preceded in death by her father, Thomas A Winslow. She is survived by her mother, Forrestine Winslow, and two siblings, Rebecca Smith and Mark Winslow. Joyce spent most of her life in the Tulsa area. She was involved with the Girl Scouts growing up. She attended Memorial High School in Tulsa and spent a few years living in Southern California. She married Raul Camacho in 1987. They lived together in Bakersfield, CA. Joyce sold advertising space for a local newspaper there, until divorced. Joyce moved back to Tulsa and attended many classes at Victory Bible Church, where she grew in the promises of God. She attended Grace Fellowship Church in Tulsa, OK and enjoyed meeting people and singing in the choir there.

Joyce could provide many words of encouragement and a wonderful laugh when it was needed. She was known at times to have a very sweet and kind heart towards people. Joyce was very close to her father, who passed away in Feb, 2007. Joyce spent the last 11 years of her life living with Brian Foster, of Sapulpa, OK, who took wonderful care of her. Joyce loved to take care of animals, especially cat's. It was once said of Joyce, 'she is a diamond in the rough,' 'God's work in progress'. She would walk into her local grocery store and remember everyone's name, stop to talk to everyone. She loved and was loved by many. She will be missed. Moore's Southlawn 918-663-2233
