Joye F. Barrows, 96, of Tulsa, passed away Sunday, March 15th, 2020. She was born February 18th, 1924 in Springdale, AR to William Tony and Tercie Jarvis. Joye enjoyed her church and playing cards. She is survived by her daughters, Toni Morse of Tahlequah, OK and Gayle Lawyer of Christiana, TN; five grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. Joye was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Charles Barrows; her grandson, Curtis Lawyer and three sisters.
