Juanita is preceded in death by her parents, her son, Dennis and sister Martha Ward,
She is survived by daughter, Denise Gremillion, daughter, Tulsa, OK; Kathy Chambers,
Sister: Mary Pappas, Tulsa, OK., Also Survived by 7 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 27th, noon til 8 p.m., Monday, July 28, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
