Judith Ann Burtner's Obituary
Judith A. Burtner was born in Logan County, Oklahoma on December 23, 1941. She graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1960.
Judith married Paul Burtner in Tulsa in 1963 and they moved to Northbrook, Illinois where they lived for several years during which time their daughter and son were born.
After divorcing, she moved back to Tulsa in the early 70's. She then moved to N.W. Arkansas where she worked as a route manager for several years for the Tulsa World. In 1989 she moved back to Tulsa and retired from Metris in 2006.
Judith was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil Hugh Carpenter and Laura Ruth (Wesley) Carpenter.
Survived by her son Raymond Burtner and daughter Terri Drosopoulos; granddaughter Sabrina Tarwater; and brother Edward Carpenter.
Burial at Victor Cemetery in Logan County, 2 miles from the land her great-grandfather claimed in the land run of 1889.
