Judy Marshall, 73, of Tulsa, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016. She was born September 11, 1942 in Tulsa, OK to Lowell and Jacqueline Witter. She was a business owner in Tulsa and a very strong Democrat. She was a care giver for her loved ones and always tried to do the right thing. Judy is survived by her nephew Stacey Witter, nieces Danni Bob Witter and Jacqueline Witter, her cousins Holly Cole and Heidi Townsend. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Tommy Marshall, her son Stevie Mancino and her brother Danny Bob Witter.
