Karen Sue (Artz) Arner, 71, passed peacefully from this life February 13, 2017 in Houston, TX. Born in Tulsa, she was a 1963 graduate of Webster High School. Her business career in mortgage banking took her from Tulsa to Kansas City and then Columbia, SC. While there, she met and married the love of her life, Howie Arner.

They relocated to Kingwood, TX and celebrated 26 years of marriage. She was a past board member of the Hi Neighbor Club of Kingwood. Karen had such a fun-loving spirit . Always wanting to help others, she loved to take on sewing and decorating projects for family and friends. Karen is survived by her husband, Howie; son, Christian Lobaugh (Ingrid); stepdaughter, Amanda Miller (Hil); stepson, Keith Arner (Lindsay); sister, Rebecca Wallace (Wayne): grandchildren, Rachel Lobaugh, Anna Lobaugh, Lucas Arner and Max Miller along with many other relatives and friends.

A Memorial service will be 1:00 pm on Friday, February 24, 2017 at Carbondale Assembly of God, Tulsa, OK.
