Coltharp, Kathe Louise, 43 of Tulsa passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017. She was born March 20, 1974 in Tulsa, OK to Jerry and Sharon Hays. She worked in retail sales, was a member of the Henry Rollins Fan Club, she was an animal lover, her dogs and her cockatoo. Kathe is survived by her son, Jagger Coltharp of Broken Arrow; her mother, Sharon Hays and her husband Paul Dunbar of Claremore, OK; her step daughter, Erica Coltharp of Moore, OK; her brother, Kelly Hays and his wife Pam of Claremore, OK. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Hays.
