Kathleen Sample, 89, of Broken Arrow, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2022. Kathleen was born June 30, 1933 in Depew, OK, to Everett and Laura Underwood. Kathleen was a homemaker, was active in church and enjoyed flower gardening. She is survived by her children, Regina Kay Murphy and Jackie Ray Sample; her grandson, Brian Murphy and wife Rebecca of Broken Arrow; two great-grandchildren, Brock and Bryce; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William "Bill" C. Sample; son, Johnny Sample; her sisters Priscilla Nunamaker, Allene Meadows and Mary Alexander; and her brother, Lloyd Underwood.
