Kathryn Francis of Tulsa, Oklahoma went home on December 17th, 2025. She was born here on January 11th, 1930 to Harry Brady Sr. and Kathryn "Honey" Brady.
Kathryn lived a full and meaningful life. She was a devoted wife to Edward Francis for over 50 years and was until her passing. She loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
She was a long time member of the Tulsa Garden Club and always had a passion for gardening. She loved sunflowers, Christmas lights and Halloween. She loved seeing the multi-generational families that would stop and tell her how much they loved her displays. She also loved going to church and listening to Gospel music. After her husband's passing she re-entered the workforce and became a home care-giver allowing her to continue caring for others .
She is survived by her children. Sandy Jordan, Lonnie Francis, Harry and Sheila Francis and Brenda and Charlie Harrington. Kathryn is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren. Her sister Marillyn Lay and her sister-in-law Jowanna and her husband Ralph Hornback.
Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents Harry Brady Sr. and Kathryn Brady and her brother Harry Brady Jr. Husband Edward Francis, daughter Lynda Paschal and her husband Charles Paschal. Also preceding her was her son Larry Francis and son-in-law Richard Jordan.
A celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday December 23rd, 2025 at 1:00 PM followed by a graveside service. Here we will give her the last Christmas gift she wanted. To be reunited with the only man she ever loved.
