Kathryn Glenda Williams, 89, died on August 6, 2016 in Tulsa, OK after a long struggle with Alzheimer's Disease. Kathryn was born on April 6, 1927 in Oilton, OK to Charles Yocham Spradling (1896-1947) and Helen Nelson Spradling (1900-1983).

She graduated from Wolf High School in Seminole, OK, then went on to graduate from the nursing program at St. John's Hospital in Tulsa, OK in 1948. She married Bryan Eugene Williams of Tulsa, OK in 1949 and they celebrated 58 years together before his death in March 2008.

Kathryn was employed in many nursing positions over her career, retiring as a nurse in the Tulsa Public Schools. She enjoyed preparing dinner for her family on birthdays, holidays and special occasions, as well as traveling.

Kathryn is survived by her children, Bryan Thomas Williams of Tulsa, OK, John Alan Williams of Santa Fe, NM, and Kathy Williams Bryan of Tulsa, OK; five grandchildren, Chad, Dixy, Kate, Sarah, Wilia; two great-grandchildren, Emma and Rebecca.

Graveside service will be 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial service will follow at 11:00 A.M., at Fellowship Congregational Church, 2900 S.
