Kathy passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021. She was born in Ozark, MO on June 23, 1951 to Earl Hulston and Lula Rosalee (Penrod) Glassco. She was the youngest of eleven children.

The family moved to Tulsa where Kathy attended Central High School, graduating in 1969. She held various inventory analyst positions throughout her life. However, it was at Oil Dynamics, Inc. where she met her soulmate, Tom Qualls. Their first date was the company picnic at Bell's Amusement Park. They were married on July 3, 1982; joining in the union were Tom's daughters; Teresa, Carmen, and Bonnie.

Kathy enjoyed collecting music boxes which she proudly displayed throughout their home! She loved arts and crafts and recently began embroidering. Lately her quest was to watch EVERY show on The Hallmark Channel (sometimes more than once)! Dwight Yoakum concerts were often a family affair with Tom, Chelsea, and Dawn Ann, aka "Dwight Groupies"! Kathy had a soft spot for her 4-legged fur-babies and was an advocate of pet adoption. They ran a close second to her love of kids! "Spoil'em and send'em home", she often said. Nieces, nephews, grandkids, and friends have fond memories of those fun times with her!

She will be missed for her love, quick-wit, and sense of humor. She fought the hard fight. Heaven has gained an Angel and a huge piece of our hearts.
